Mr. Raja Muhammed, Global Marketing Manager, +601162446715 email: [email protected] Very regretfully I have to seek your intervention or your commercial officer at the Embassy here to a case of fraud being done with me by the Marketing Manager, Raja Muhammad in not paying my due commission for the large order that i got negotiated with a Polish/Ukrainian buyer and Prompt Oil Export SDN .BHD vide LC Irrevocable Documentary Credit No.04/LC041/23 , issued on 22/03/23 and expiry on 28/4/23 POLAND. The buyer is GIG Trading Company, Walerego Eljasza Radzikiego 108, 31-352 Krakow, Poland and the LC value is USD 6,120,000.00 for supply of Refined Edible Palm Oil by Prompt Oil Export SDN.BHD Malaysia, Address already shown in the subject matter. The issue relates to the timely despatch of the ordered quantity of RBD Palm Oil of 6000 M.T. which after lot of negotiations and hard work I got the order for Prompt Oil Export SDN. BHD for 6000 MT of Palm Oil and in this total value of DLC my commission is USD70/MT X6000 MT= USD 420,000 M.T. The Sale and Purchase Agreement has been signed by both the Seller and Buyer(i have acopy of it), NVNDA/IMFPA Agreement has been stamped and signed By the Marketing Manager and myself after he got it duly notarized from their Attorney(copy of this Agreement is with me and finally I have the copy of the Irrevocalt Documentary Letter of Credit as well. The LC has been established with CIMB bank, Account Name: Prompt Oil Export SDN, BHD Swift Code CIBBMYKLXXX Account Number: 28057640171216, Bank Officer: Mrs. Fusat Binti Muhammad, Email: [email protected]. The NCNDA/IMFPA signed with me by the Seller clearly stipulates as title on it that Amount: $70, USD on each MT as Commission to be paid by the Seller and they have my cash with them which was included in LC established by my client M/S GIG Trading Co. , whose M.D. is Mr. Ivan Adams. Please have the statement investigated and kindly call me over on Monday 3 rd April or Tuesday 4th April, 2023 so that I can clearly explain what is happening with proof and the relevant documents to back up my narrative.
